The lovely Ms. L featured a kind-hearted pay it forward post on her blog recently, and I was a winner! This is such a fun idea and a great way to keep in touch with friends, and it fits nicely with #23 of my 30 before 30 list. I gave a gift in May, and since June is quickly coming to a close I'm going to use this opportunity to sneak this month's gift in.
Here are the rules:
1. You must comment on this post. Tell me about the last thing that really lit up your face with a smile!
2. If you are a winner, I ask that you pay-it-forward however you'd like, in-person, online, in writing, whatever...just commit to doing something nice for three people in the spirit of paying-it-forward. No pay, no play!
3. If selected to pay-it-forward, you must either see me on a regular basis or trust me enough to send me your address (I'll ask for it later).

Yay! Two new posts from Katie. That made my face light up, does that count? And today, I gave my coworkers cookies (admittedly, so I would not eat them, but still), I did not flip out on the guys working on our kitchen even though I really wanted to, and... Well, I guess that's it for being nice so far today.
My face is shiny from being outside in this humidity...does that count?
Kidding. Benjamin is outside playing with the hose, and he's being so funny. His face, when he discovered that spraying the glass with the hose resulted in the water splashing back on him, was definitely a good giggle.
The cat email from Tera was smile-worthy. Belly laugh worthy, in fact.
Oh, and yesterday's progress toward girl weekend 2010 makes me VERY happy.
I agree with the last post, 2 new ones to read. Yay!! Love the clock in the kitchen.
Today, Luella (11 months already!) made my face light up when she stood up stayed up for almost a minute. I was able to get it on video for Andy to see when he gets home! She was worth the wait and so much fun!
Tiny treat on the way! Made my first trip to the post office finally. Long weekend! Writing nice emails praising someone and copying the boss.
